• Rappahannock Animal Welfare League (RAWL) is making its monthly trip to Harrisonburg for the low-cost spay/neuter clinic. Cost is $50 for felines (male or female), and $70 for canines (male or female) except $90 for canines weighing 55 pounds or more. Other sen/ices are available.
