enrollment and the bloated admin- * istrative costs still in place for our tiny school system. This year, when our school budget should have been substantially cut, a mere reduction of 1.8 percent was hailed as progress.
We already know who the advocates for greater spending are, but who represents the taxpayer in our county? Rappahannock citizens and taxpayers should wake-up and demand a greater level of advocacy, leadership and fiscal responsibility from our Board of Supervisors.
