HAMPTON STOCK FARM AGRICULTURAL

AND FORESTAL DISTRICTS

In accordance with Section 15.2-4311 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County hereby give notice of their intention to hold a public hearing on Monday, June I, 2009 at 7:00PM at the Courthouse in Washington. Virginia to consider renewing the Jenkins Mountain. Massie-Exton, and Hampton Stock Farm Agricultural and Forestal Districts.

The proposed Ordinances for the districts are available for inspection at the County Administration Office, in Washington, Virginia. Monday through Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM.

The Rappahannock County Agricultural and Forestal Districts Advisory Committee shall meet on Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at 7:00PM at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the proposed Ordinances and Districts, and to make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors. The Rappahannock County Planning Commission shall consider the matter at their regular meeting of Wednesday, May 20. 2009. at 7:30PM at the Courthouse in Washington. Virginia. All persons interested in these matters are invited to attend and to make comment.
