In execution of a deed of trust dated June 27th, 1949, from Mahlon and Ora Ramey, grantors, re* corded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County in Deed Book 52 at page 174, the undersigned trustee in said deed of trust will offer for sale at public auction the following described real estate in three tracts: * V' Tract I.—Eleven-room, two-story house with full basement, about six acres of land, several hundred feet'frontage on highway; Tract 11.—Five-room bungalow with all modern conveniences' and two acres of land; Tract 111.7—Old Toll Gate House—ideal for conversion into Tea Room or Antiqu'e Shop; one acre of land, more or less.
