Gentlemen :

As I picked up the Rappahannock News with great pleasure to read about how they were going to make a million dollars improving their pasture 1 was thinking about how it wodd only take half this amount to build that wonderful building between Washington aj rt d 9perryville. When I read on I was surprised to find I was in the dog house as far as the Rappahannock News was concerned- 1 had thought that I was in the dog house of the whole county, because I wag told' by one of their citizens to sit down ad not talk that it was an educated meeting, as they had a lot of visitors there to tell them what to do. One" of your good citizens made an apology to the educated "top notchers- from out of the county because the one who had been talking did not live in the county.

In my opinion what Rappahannock needs in the school system is a good school at Chester Gap, a high school at Washington, and get rid of the people who are in the system just to get a penson. Also to have efficiency in theii set up.

In reading your good paper 1 notice that there is a Little Washington Post*. I would Hike for them to tell me where Little Washington is. This place did not exist in horse and buggy days. If there is any such place, it has been built up in these modem timee. It may be the place where
