Mr. and Mrs. Louie Sheppard of Centreville, near Washington, have purchased, through S. E. Hening, the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Jen-* kins at Nethers, at the foot of Old Rag Mountain.

The property consists of 7 room dwelling, 6 outbuildings and 35 acres of land. The Sheppards are planning quite an ambitious remodelling, including bath, central heatf picture windows and landscaping. They are planning to make this 4heir retirement home

Mr. Sheppard, originally from Texas, served with the United States Navy and Mrs. Sheppard was for years with the Department of Internal Revenue.
