The Christmas season is over, but you can still give a wonderful gift. And if there is a greater gift than sight, it would be hard to convince some 880,000 Lions around the world who are supporting a mammoth program of sight conservation. Today, through eye research financed by Lions and others, it is possible to transplant a cornea and bring sight to a person who may have been blind for life. Tomorrow, through further research, it maybe possible to cure glaucoma and other eye diseases which cause blindness and to transplant other portions of the human eye to bring light to the sightless.
