Thomas H. Williams
Thomas Harry Williams, 52, of Washington, D.C. was fatally injured in a traffic crash February 1,1970, near Woodvilie. He was a native of Rappahannock County. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Hopewell Baptist Church, Sperryville with the Rev. U. S. Brokenburr officiating. Interment will be in the National Cemetery in Culpeper. Survivors include seven brothers, Charles, John, Robert, Eugene, Richard, Henry and Clarence Williams; and four sisters, Mrs. Affie Andes, Mrs. Mary Ella Jackson, Mrs. Beatrice Mathews and Mrs. Virginia Curtis.

The purpose of this bill was to permit school boards, for instance, to sell the bonds which have previously been authorized and not sold because the rate of interest was only 6% and the market rate is considerably in excess of this amount.
