After spending an hour on whether Charles Good’s proposed Mountain Slopes subdivision met county ordinance requirements, the Rappahannock Planners were told by Commonwealth Attorney George Davis that “the question is not if the subdivision plans will ultimately comply with the ordinance but whether you see fit to recommend to the Supervisors that the land be rezoned from agricultural to residential.”
