Confusion at last Wednesday’s meeting of the Rappahannock Planning Commission over action on proposed subdivisions spurred the Planners to push efforts towards establishing procedural regulations.
“There’s no point in blaming any particular person — either the Administrator or the Planning Commission,” said Commonwealth Attorney George Davis. “We need to establish a procedural form, drawn up by the Planning Commission.”
