The Virginia Highway Department has approved a bid on 2.S miles of con* stroction on Route 211 east of Amissville which will parallel the present highway making the dual lane arterial road.
Henderson Construction Company of Fredericksburg was awarded the job on a bid of $1,021,332 for construction from the end of the present dual lane in Culpeper County to the east limits of Amissville in Rappahannock County.
