Interpretations
Planner Dave Fannon said he interpreted the ordinance as requiring five-acres lots with less than 14 per cent slope in an agricultural district.

“I don’t think that was the intent of the ordinance,” Fannon maintained.
“Seventy-some acres and 14 lots are not going to create an ecology tilt,” claimed -Harris. Luke noted that the ordinance allows a single family dwelling and accessory buildings in a conservation zone. “With 25 acre lot size,” added Masterson. “A building site on 25acres with steep slopes over 14 per cent impacts the environment,” Luke argued.
