The Methodist Women’s Society will meet Monday, August 22, at 6:30 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Carson Lillard.

Mrs. M. H. Brady was a guest from Sunday until Thursday of her daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Crane and Cathy of Lanham, Md. Mrs. Brady’s Sunday company was Mr. and Mrs. Richard Brady of Arlington.

Mr. and Mrs. John S. Browning, along with Mr. and Mrs. Guy Palmore of Richmond, were dinner guests of Dr. and Mrs. Edgar Browning in Charlottesville last Wednesday.

Sunday callers on Mr. and Mrs. A. O. Smoot were their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Smoot of Castleton.

Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Lillard on Saturday were Mr. and Mrs. Grant Patton and children of Stephens City. Mr. arid Mrs. Grady Vest and family returned home Saturday from a week’s vacation in Nags Head, N. C. They were accompanied by
