Organized about 10 years ago by Med reck Bell, the camp consists of 55 sites most of which are located in an apple orchard forming part of the grounds. Aside from bath house facilities, the only other structures there are a shelter for ping pong, horseshoe pitching equipment and a small store which adjoins the house where the Waylands and their eight month old daughter, Sarah, live.

A Home Economics Gub for Rappahannock 4-H'ers is being organized for members between the ages of 12 and 19. The first meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 3, at 9:30 a.m. At this time the group will make a trip to Culpeper to purchase material and patterns.
