Pursuant to a Decree of Sale filed In the abovementioned cause, the undersigned Special Commissioner will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder, at the front door of the Courthouse in Rappahannock County, Washington, Virginia, on
SATURDAY, AUGUST 19, 1978
11:00 O'clock A.M. the following described real estate, to-wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land situate on the east and west sides of State Highway Route 645, about one mile southwest of the Fauquier County bridge at Tapps Ford, Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing seventeen (17) acres, more or less. The said parcel of land is now in the Estate of Reuben Bailey and is identified on the land tax maps as Parcel 32 on Insert Page 55. TERMS OF SALE: 10 per cent deposit date of sale, balance upon settlement to be made by September 1, 1978.
This sale shall be subject to the approval and confirmation of the Court.
