The Rappahannock County Water and Sewer Authority in Sperryville has been granted $43,100 by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in order to prepare plans for new sewage treatment facilities, Congressman J, Kenneth Robinson reported today. The grant represents the second step in a three-step process leading to construction of the project, Robinson said.
