JAMES M. McGARVEY, new director of the Rappahannock Mental Health Clinic, met members of the Clinic Advisory Board last Wednesday. Hie Rappahannock Mental Health Clinic, a subsidiary of the Rappahannock-Rapidan Mental Health and Mental Retardation Center and Community Services Board, will open in August with McGarvey and office manager Becky Burke as fulltime staff.
