Vespers

Concert

The Rockingham Male Chorus, directed by Dr. Nelson T. Huffman, will sing at the Sunset Vespers this Sunday, July 30, at the Luray Singing Tower. Carillonneur Charles Chapman will present a carillon recital at 8 p.m., followed at 8:30 by the male chorus. Dr. Huffman organized the diorus in 1965 following his retirement as director of music department of Bridgewater College. The chorus has about 80 members from 25 to 30 different vocations, ranging from mechanics and carpenters to dentists and physicians, united by a common enthusiasm for chorus singing.

In case of rain the program by the chorus will be given immediately following the carillon recital in the Luray United Methodist Church on Main Street.
