Craft Fair
Aug. 10-12
More than 200 area 4-H members are expected to participate in the annual craft fair and livestock exhibit scheduled for Aug. 10-12 at the 4-H fairgrounds adjacent to the Fauquier Livestock Exchange on Rt. 55 and Rt. 709 east of Marshall. The 4-Hers will exhibit their own food, clothing, crafts, photography and other ‘projects, including livestock.
A country music show featuring The Country Follies is planned for Aug. 10 to launch the fair with a festive mood. A chicken barbecue is planned for Friday night, Aug. 11, to help raise money for several 4-H projects. Admission to the fair is free and refreshments will be available.
