At a hearing Monday, March 12, Circuit Court Judge Rayner V. Snead granted a request from Commonwealth Attorney George Davis to withdraw as counset for the county in the case of C. L. Goode versus the Rappahannock Board of Supervisors.
Goode has two suits currently before the court in an attempt to gain approval for a 14-lot, five acre subdivision near Flint Hill.
