Afer a delay waiting for a quorum, the Rappahannock School Board zipped through a short open meeting on Tuesday night, disposing of all business in little over a half hour. Then, at 8:30, the board retired to executive session for over three hours to discuss the old Scrabble school, personnel and discipline cases.
Only board members Beverly Massie, Arthlinda Quaintance and Allan Stokes attended the meeting. Chairman Massie announced that Walter Masterson was out of town and Paul Nichols absent due to illness.
