George Mitchell Tederick * has been named director of the $6 million 4-H Educational Center under construction four miles south of Front Royal. Tederick formerly was business manager and athletic coach ®t Randolph Macon Academy in Front Royal, Va.
Tederick was born in South Carolina, was graduated from Warren County High School and did postgraduate work at Randolph Macon Academy. He was graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a B. S. degree in business administration.
After serving with the U. S. Army in the states, he attained the rank of major and served in Germany and Korea. He and his wife, Maria, and their four sons live in Front Royal. The Center is being built on 229 acres of land in Harmony Hollow, which formerly was a part of the site of the Beef Cattle
