People sometimes get bogged down in the hard work of a marriage and seek help in establishing new avenues of communications to resolve problems that have sent the marriage into a slump. The Rappahannock Mental Health Clinic has trained counselors to help individuals and couples assess and resolve their marital problems. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and some evenings. To make an appointment, call 675-3329. Emergency services are available 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays.
