Dennis
Funeral services for Lawrence R. Dennis of Castleton were held Saturday, at Shiloh Baptist Church, Woodville, conducted by the Rev. U. S. Brokenburr. Burial was in the family section of the church cemetery.
Mr. Dennis, 91, died March 6, 1979 at the Gordonsville Community Hospital. He is survived by two sons, Willie R. and Lawrence R. Dennis Jr.; two sisters, Mrs. Laurie Davis and Mrs. Sadie Jones; one brother, Creed Dennis; five grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
