Kilby Graduates
Staff Sergeant James E. Kilby, whose parents are Mr. and Mrs. Bell W. Timbers of Woodville, Va., has graduated from the Military Airlift Command Noncommissioned Officer Leadership School at Dover AFB, Del.
The sergeant, who was trained in military management and supervision, is an aircraft maintenance supervisor at Dover.
Sergeant Kilby attended Warren County High School, Front Royal, Va. His wife, Barbara, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Johnny J. Haney of 7413 Shreve Road, Falls Church, Va.
