Funeral services for Mrs. Lonia Belle Frazier of Sperryville were held Sunday at the Geest Funeral Home Chapel, Culpeper, with burial "in Sperryville Cemetery.
Mrs. Frazier, 63, widow of Charles W. Frazier, died Thursday, June 14, 1979, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William F. Cropp, at Rixeyville. A native of Rappahannock County, she was the daughter of the late William Baker and the late Lillie Mae Clatterbuck.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Joseph Pomperri of College Park, Md., Mrs. William F. Cropp of Rixeyville and Mrs. Robert Lee Pullen of Warrenton; two sons, Thomas Eugene Frazier and John H. Frazier, both of Rixeyville; 11 grandchildren; one great grandchild and a sister, Mrs. Teenie Frazier of Culpeper.
Funeral services for Walter Lee Nickols of Front Royal, formerly of Peola Mills, were conducted Friday at Nethers Mill Penecostal Church by the Rev. Charles Clinedinst. Burial was in the Nickols family cemetery.
Mr. Nickols, 66, died Tuesday, June 12, 1979, at Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg. A native of Winchester, he was the son of the late Robert L. and Maude Virginia Nickols. He was a plumber and carpenter and a member of Nethers Mill Pentecostal Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Rebecca Sisk Nickols; three daughters, Mrs. Maudie Virginia Dugger of Chester Gap, Mrs. Patricia Ann Jenkins of Sperryville and Miss Anna Marie Nickols of Front Royal; three sons, Walter Wayne Nickols of Front Royal, Robert Lee Nickols of Hedgesville, W. Va. and Junior Nickols of Randolph, Md.; three grandchildren; a brother, Willie Nickols of Boston; and two sisters, Mrs. Pearl Dodson of Madison and Miss Margaret Nickols of Beltsville, Md.
Douglas Wayne Silvey, 32, of Amissville died June 19, 1979, in Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Amissville United Methodist Church. Interment will be in the Amissville Bapitst Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Landra D. Silvey; his parents, Altha Poe Silvey and John W. Silvey Jr., all of Amissville; two sisters, Linda S. Jolliffe of Viewtown and Joyce S. Pearson of Reston. Mrs. Julia Poe of Amissville is his maternal grandmother.
The Rev. W. Ray Crockett and the Rev. Joseph S. Stirman Jr. will conduct the service.
