The Flint Hill Rescue Squad answered a call to the home of Raymond Mahoney in Huntly June 14 and a child was taken to Warren Memorial Hospital. Robert Rifkin of Silver Spring, Md. was taken from the Eddie Sutphin farm June 16 to Fauquier Hospital.
Amissville Rescue Squad responded June 4 to home of Reginald. Clatterbuck but service was not used. June 6 Dick Willett was taken to Fauquier Hospital, and Kenny Jacobs was taken June 16 to the same facility. Doug Silvey was taken to Fauquier Tuesday morning.
Amissville Fire Company was called June 11 to an electrical fire at the Brown residence at Jeffersonton and to an over-heated stove June 14 at the Elezer home. The same day they responded to a wreck on Route 642 and to clean up gas spillage at Lombardy on June 16.
