Clear plastic bags will be provided for aluminum cans. RLEP oeganizers of the antilitter campaign emphasize that the clear plastic bags are for aluminum cans only. Most aluminum cans are soft, lightweight, light colored, cast as a single unit without seams. Many are stamped with a notation that reads “All-Aluminum can.” If collectors are in doubt, cans that may not be aluminum shouldn’t be included in the clear plastic bags.
