The Rappahannock Recreation Association will sponsor a mixed doubles tennis tournament on Saturday and Sunday, May 24 and 25.
The tournament is open to all county residents and landowners. All participants must be available for play on May 24 *and 25 (as well as Monday, May 26, in case of rain).
Entry fees are $3 per person and deadline for registration and payment is Tuesday, May 20. To register, contact Diane Bruce on weekdays at 675-3621 or Jean Lillard on weekends and evenings at 675-3661.
Each doubles team must supply one can of new tennis balls. Watch next week’s Rappahannock News for information on the Recreation Association’s men and women’s doubles tournament.
