Both Charles Eldred and chairman Beverly Massie, the two school board members not involved in the space study, asked for time to read and study the suggested resolutions before voting.
Architect’s Proposal
Bruce Drenning, a city planner with KamstraDickerson Associates architectural firm in Reston, presented the board with proposals covering the concerns that Eastham, Stokes and Masterson had relayed to his company. The cost of the total package was released, only to the school , board members, not to the public.
