Spring Supper
The Forest Grove Baptist Church, Viewtown, is planning its Spring Benefit Supper for Saturday, May 24, from S p.m. until 9 p.m. at the old Forest Grove school.
The menu will be old Virginia ham and fried chicken, corn pudding, string beans, parsley potatoes, peas, cole slaw, Jello salad, pickled beets, pickles, home made breads and pies, coffee and iced tea, all home cooked food.
The dinner is SS for adults and S3 for children under 12. Tickets may be purchased from church members, at Jenkins Garage, Amissville, 937-4692 or at the school house Saturday night, May 24.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hume of Amissville are the parents of a son, Charles Lee, born May 8, 1980 in Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal. Grandparents of the infant are Mrs. Annie Covington of Culpeper and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Compton of Amissville.
