“Because it was presented at this meeting,” Eastham answered.
Mrs. Massie explained that it has been the board’s policy to have proposals and reports submitted for at one meeting for action at the next session, allowing time for reviw.
Eastham agreed then to save his motion for acceptance until the board's meeting on May 13.
‘‘There’s varying information in this report from what we’ve received in the past,” Eldred commented.
“You’re completely, completely, completely completely right that this board has received varying information,’’ Eastham commented.
