Any interested party may review Company’s report on the financial condition of its electric operations for the twelve months ended December 31, 1979, together with the proposed revision in electric rates, during regular business hours at the Commission’s Document Control Center-Public Inquiry, Blanton Building, Richmond, Virginia, or at any Company office where bills may be paid.

The Commission has scheduled a public hearing on the proposed increase in rates before a Hearing Examiner for 10:00 a.m. on May 29, 1980, in the Commission’s 13th Floor Courtroom, Blanton Building, Bank and Governor Streets, Richmond, Virginia. Any person wishing to make a statement on his own behalf, either for or against the application, need only to appear in the Courtroom at the time of the hearing. Such person need not prefile any testimony. Or, if the person wishes to comment in writing on the application, each written comment shall be filed with the Commission on or before May 22, 1980.
