Coppage
Funeral services for Luther M. Coppage were conducted Friday at the Marshall Baptist Church by the Rev. William D. Gravatt. Burial was in the Washington Masonic Cemetery.
Mr. Coppage, 89, died Wednesday, May 7, 1980, at his residence in Marshall. He was the son of the late Edward and Virginia Racer Coppage and was born March 4, 1891 in Washington, Va.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Annie E. Coppage; five daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Wine, Mrs. Lois Wine and Mrs. Hilda Glascock, all of Marshall, Mrs. Reva Heyl of; Warrenton and Mrs. Mabel Antrim of Edgewater, Md.; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
