the following described property: All that certain tract or parcel of land containing 2.0 acres, more or less, with valuable dwelling house and outbuildings thereon, lying on the northwest side of Route 678 (Old State Route 211) The Tax Map Identification No. of this property is 31-32 in the Office of the Commissioner of Revenue of Rappahannock County, Virginia. This is the same tract of land acquired by Cora F Atkins for her lifetime, from Jeremiah Atkins and Caroline Atkins by deed dated October 2,1939 and recorded June 27, 1940, in The Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County Virginia, in Deed Book 43, at page 45, et seq.

TERMS OF SALE: Sale is to be made for cash and immediately after the time of purchase, the successful bidder shall make a deposit of 10% of the purchase price to the credit of this Court in this cause in The Farmers and Merchants National Bank of Winchester, Virginia, General Receiver of this Court, and the receipt showing said deposit shall then be forthwith delivered to the Special Commissioner.
