Katie Slater of Upperville was an overnight guest Saturday of her greatgrandmother, Mrs. W. M. Fletcher.

Mrs. Jane Herndon. Mrs. Martha Sutherland and Mrs. Christine Johnston, all of Sperryville. with Mrs. L. J. Turner spent Wednesday in Charlottesville and attended a Japanese flower arranging class.

Mr. and Mrs. Paul Griesnaunei of Williamsburg were guests Sunday of Mrs. Henry M. Keyser.

Calling on Miss Annie Miller Almond Wednesday were Mrs. Susan Thompson of Flint Hill and Mrs. Mary Lea.

Mr. and Mrs. Harold Scoggin spent the weekend in Greensboro, N. C., with Mrs. Ina Scoggin, who returned home with them to spend several days.

Dinner guests Sunday of Miss Mary Miller Wood were Mr. and Mrs. Fred Anderson, Chris and Matt of Richmond and the Rev. and Mrs. David Moore. Miss Lucy Conrad from Victoria. British Columbia. Canada, arrived Monday to spend several weeks with Miss Wood. Joining them for supper Tuesday were Mrs. Mary Quaintance. Mrs. Carroll Quaintance, Mrs. Brown Miller, Mrs. Christine Johnston and Mrs. Frances
