In execution of a purchase money deed of trust entered into by John S. AAruk, Jr., dated June 11, 1977, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 124, page 660, the undersigned Trustees will offer for sale at public auction at 11:00 a.m. on the 25th day of October, 1980, at the front door of the Rappahannock County Circuit Court House, Washington, Virginia, that certain lot or parcel designated as Tract 4, containing 36.132 acres and 50' right of way located off the east side of Rt. 669, one and one-half miles northeast of Amissville, Jackson AAagisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said property being more accurately described in the aforesaid deeds of trust. Property is improved by a cabin.
