Defendants ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this consolidated cause is to obtain the advice and guidance of the Court in the administration of the estates of Virginia Flet cher Wood, deceased, and of Robert Eugene Wood, deceased; to ascertain the priority of the deaths of Virginia Fletcher Wood and Robert Eugene Wood, if such priority exists; to interpret and construe the last will and testament of Virginia Fletcher Wood, deceased, and to ind terpret and construe the last will and testament of Robert Eugene Wood, deceased; to ascertain the validity of certain devises and bequests in the said last wills and testaments of Virginia Fletcher Wood and Robert Eugene Wood; to ascertain the identities of certain beneficiaries named in the last wills and testaments of Virginia Fletcher Wood and Robert Eguene Wood; to obtain guidance of the Court in the administration of the estates, in the disposition of the assets of the estates, and in the disbursement of the estates; to ascertain the duties and responsibilities of the compalnant with respect to the real estate of which Virginia Fletcher Wood died siezed and possessed; to obtain a decree, or decrees, of the Court adjudicating and settling and construction of the wills of Virginia Fletcher Wood and Robert Eugene Wood; and that counsel for the complainant be allowed a reasonable fee in instituting and conducting this cause.
An affidavit having been made and filed that there may be unknown heirs at law of Virginia Fletcher Wood, deceased, and unknown heirs at law of Robert Eugene Wood, deceased, or other unknown persons, who may have an interest in the said estates, or either of them, which said unknown heirs and unknown persons have been made parties to this cause, as "Parties Unknown" by decree entered herein on the 2nd day of September, 1980.
