A public hearing ha* been scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. on August 10, 1981, in the Commission’s Courtroom, 13th Floor, Blanton Building, Richmond, Virginia to aid the Commission in its deliberations of the foregoing matters.

The Commission earlier ordered Potomac Edison to file, by March 9, 1981, sample rate schedules reflecting an analysis of the federal standards, together with supporting testimony and exhibits.

All interested persons who wish to appear before the Commission at the August 10, 1981, hearing as Protestants must file with die Commission on or before March 30,1981, a Notice of Protest setting forth their interest in this case, and must also file a Protest on or before June 26, 1981, in compliance with S.C.C. Rules. On or before June 26, 1981, all Protestants must file with the Commission all testimony and exhibits they wish to offer in direct evidence at the hearing. Copies must be sent simultaneously to Potomac Edison and other Protestants requesting them.

Any interested person, not intending to appear as a Protestant, but who desires to speak in his own behalf before the Commission at the August 10, 1981, hearing, must so advise the Commission by July 30, 1981 in writing addressed to Clerk, State Corporation' Commission, Document Control Center, P.O. Box 2118, Richmond, Virginia 23216, making reference to Case No. PUE800095. All such persons are expected to be present in the Commission’s Courtroom at 10:00 a.m. on August 10, 1981.

Copies of the filed testimony and exhibits of Potomac Edison Company will be available for examination during normal business hours at the State Corporation Commission’s Document Control Center, Floor Bl, Blanton Building, Richmond, Virginia and at all offices of Potomac Edison Company where bills may be paid.
