Two actors will be remembered from last fall's presentation of “HMS Pinafore”-Steve Hostetter, who played Sir Joseph, the foppish admiral, has transformed himself into the dastardly Captain Hook. Waldron O’Connor, the Pinafore’s captain, has become the conscientious (he calculated the family budget while holding his new bride’s hand to see if they could afford a child) but ineffectual (he ends up in the dophouse...literally...by the end of the play) Mr. Darling. Libby Snead plays opposite O’Connor as the affectionate and motherly Mrs. Darling.
In the role of Tiger Lily is Nan Smith, who charmed the audience at last year’s talent show with her beauty and grace. Another talent show star, Lindalou Heimstra, has been chosen for the small but important role of Wendy Grown-up.
