Rappahannock Newt photo/S. Latham THE TEMPTATION to break window panes in unattended buildings seems to overwhelm youngsters and the former Washington school house was no exception. Apparently large green marbles launched from sling shots crashed through the panes in one section of the building recently. During the weekend William Carrigan, owner of the school house, had the damage repaired. Boy Scouts of the area helped to clean up the debris and pledged their support in keeping an eye out for potential intruders.
