The Thirty-first Annual Meeting of the stockholders of Shen-Valley Meat Packers, Incorporated will be held in the Broadway High School, Broadway, Virginia, Friday, April 17, 1981 commencing at 10:30 A.M. All stockholders are urged to attend.
The stockholders will be asked to elect three directors from the four nominees who have been selected by the Nominating Committee. However additional nominations may be made from the floor at the time of the meeting. All members present that are eligible holders of common stock may vote on any nominee.
