Dedication Service
The new bell and bell tower at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church at Scrabble will be dedicated Easter Sunday morning.
C. B. Johnson, oldest member of the congregation, will ring the bell for the first time at the 11 a.m. worship service. The bell was purchased by the Mt. Lebanon Youth Group from the old Methodist Church in Washington and the new bell tower was constructed by Lloyd Sims of Boston.
Collision With
State Vehicle
Lorelle Karen Morley of Millwood, operating a 1977 Subaru on Route 729 Monday, was struck by a highway department loader. Leonard McKinley Pomeroy of Front Royal was operating the loader when the accident occurred.
There were no injuries and damage to the Morley vehicle was estimated at $700 by the investigating officer, Trooper R. A. Baines.
