In Rappahannock, this doesn’t have to be anything more than keeping an eye out on the house or farm next door when we know the residents aren’t home and reporting anything suspicious to Sheriff W. A. Bun tin. We’re not suggesting that folks form vigilante groups or spend their evenings peeping out between the curtains, just show a little neighborly concern for the other fellow’s property.
