As volunteers go door-todoor during April, the annual Cancer Crusade month, we need to remember that we get back as much and more than we give.
This year, Rappahannocak’s "fair share goal” is $3,003. That money will go the American Cancer Society’s headquarters along with donations contributed by millions of other Americans across the country. Part will be funneled into research that will bring closer a cure for this dreaded disease. A small percentage will be alloted to the Society’s administrative costs.
