HOWARD HOLSCHUH of Castleton was recently given a Shenandoah Area Boy Scout Council Statuette Award for his efforts in setting up a High Adventure Explorer Post in Rappahannock for young men and women, ages 14-18. “All these years, I wondered why somebody didn’t do something.
