Hawkins

James Thomas Hawkins Jr., 37. of Rixeyville died Tuesday. July 27. 1982. at Culpeper Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services were conducted Friday at the Clore Funeral Home Chapel in Culpeper by the Rev. James Crange. Burial was in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.

A native of Rappahannock County, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Thomas Hawkins Sr. of Castleton. He was a truck driver for J. D. Stokley Co.

In addition to his parents survivors include his wife, Betty Jane Stringfellow Hawkins: three daughters, April Dawn. Crystal Lynn and Anna Marie: six sisters. Mrs. Mary Nashlev of Fredericksburg. Mrs. Josephine Pickett of Amissville. Mrs. Pauline Grigsby and Mrs. Shirley Hitt, both of Castleton, Mrs. Lois Alther of Rixeyville and Mrs. Ha/el Haines of Culpeper and two brothers, Charlie Hawkins and Billv Hawkins, both of Castleton.
