Wittl said that, upon arrest. Stewart refused to identify himselt. A fingerprint check with the FBI identified Stewart as the same man wanted on w arra nts in San Diego. California, and Omaha. Nebraska. The check also revealed a list of aliases that Stewart has used.
Wittl said (hat it is believed that Stewart obtained the credit card, along with the checkbook and other identification in a break-in at Patterson's home at Blackwater Creek. Stewart is being held without bond and is presently incarcerated in the Rappahannock County jail.
