Both Perez and Isaac had attended the Lions International Convention in Atlanta. Ga., the week before, but did not meet until their arrival at the home of Captain and Mrs. H.W. Holschuh in Rock Mills. Perez narrated some slides showing the work of Lions in Costa Rica, a country with a proud heritage of caring for its own.
