(4) SPECIAL USE AP PLICATION NO. 171: Potomac Edison Company has applied for a special use permit in accordance with Section 2-1-2 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to enlarge the Sperryville Substation in order to install facilities to meet the electrical requirements of consumers in Rappahannock County. (5) SPECIAL USE APPLICATION NO. 172: Uinda R. Dietl wishes to build a second dwelling on her property. Over Jordan Farm, containing approximately 196 acres on route 629 in Beahm Hollow, Flint Hill, Va. (6$ VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 173: Franklin E. Fishback has applied for a variance from Sec. 2-6 of the Rappahannock Co. Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to build an accessory building less than twenty five (25) feet from the property line on Rt. 643 in Amissville, Va. The above named applicants and other interested parties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at the said time and place.
